A world without inequality?

Inequalities in society are often decried as something to be fought against, but do you think a world without inequalities is enviable? Inequality is a reality of the world we live in. It is inevitable. A world without inequality is a utopia. It's something quite unrealistic. But should we quit striving for an egalitarian society? The pursuit of equality can be conceived as a continuum. Each step takes us closer to the ideal of equality. The process is incremental and involves patience as well as perseverance. That's the essence of our eternal struggle to build a perfect social order  Inequality shouldn't always be equated with injustice, discrimination or economic dysfunction.
